job of a recruitment consultant may seem pretty straightforward,
however, there's actually far more to it than you might imagine. In
fact, recruiting talented and reliable staff is only the tip of the
iceberg. Let's take a closer look at some of the other duties a
recruitment consultant does:

Screening sometimes hundreds of resumes in a matter of days to source potentially ten suitable candidates

Arranging interviews

Administering all required paperwork for each and every candidate

Scanning paperwork, tickets and conducting interviews

Checking on and confirming availability with clients

Contacting clients and securing labour requests

Booking transport, flights and accommodation for confirmed clients

Ensuring clients have all the required support and information to get to site

Additionally,
there are often some very difficult aspects of recruiting that need

is also the pressure of consistently meeting changing client
requirements. Recruitment consultants are often the middle men for
delivering bad news. As a result, they often receive unwarranted
